SU JOK is a reflexology technique developed by Prof. Park J.W. It is a very simple technique and uses the reflexology principle, that is to massage energetically a specific point of the hand or foot. Chromotherapy is also supported (coloring a specific point with a color) or placing a seed or a plant sprig held in place with a bit of hypoallergenic tape (plaster) for a minimum of 2 hours up to a maximum of 24
