DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO A PULS MEMBERSHIP. The app is poorly maintained and does not work properly. The app leaves out information so you will be charged more. I have a $200 handyman credit but I can't get the app to show the credit on the estimate. To make matters worse, not all services are covered under that credit (example: TV mounting). Always call their customer service for clarity before scheduling or paying for anything!

This is easily a "0" star app. While the interface itself isn't horrible, twice in a row they let me book a tech, confirmed the booking then sent me a text saying "there's been a update. Check your appointment." There is no status on the appointment in the app. Instead, you have to go to your email to find out that "confirmed" doesn't mean confirmed. You've been cancelled and you can't rescheduled for the same day but have to wait. It's horrible. Call a tech. Talk to a real person.

This is my 4th try to get an HVAC appointment. In the past, getting a dishwasher repair was easy, and the technician was knowledgeable and polite but I've had trouble getting assigned for HVAC. The app doesn't say until the last minute that a technician isn't available.
