The app lacks essential features for managing cards, like removing old or expired ones. It seems disconnected from the ticketing system, and the top-up feature doesn't check for expired cards, causing refund hassles. Online top-up is just a mess. Additionally, session management is poor, with sessions expiring quickly even during use. If Qrail doesn't respond, it suggests they don't address basic issues or update the app.

The app has a new version. I just re-installed the app and found a new theme in the homepage. This is poor maintenance service for the app. If there's a new update, the developers must ensure to push the update to the play store or app store instead of wasting our time struggling to browse through the app. Apps are made to ensure positive user experience. I hope the relevant management sees these negative comments from other users as well and improves the app. We're now in
