Still no difference. I keep encountering busses that are late, off schedule, blow past the stop, or some other screw up with the scheduling system. I've managed to make it on time where I was planning to go this month once. Just once. Also took a trip and typed airport looking to fly out of MSY and the directions brought me to the old airport. Need to differentiate between the two. One gets you where you're going the other to a parking garage. Edited: system still and almost always inconsistent

I used the old app a lot. The biggest perk was being able to track where the bus was at, because if it wasn't coming, it helped us save some time for alternate modes of transport. I will assume that because this app is new yall are still working on it (although this should be something you test out prior to launch). Unless I missed it, it seems like there was no real time tracking. If you bring that back, do make it easy, or literally make it automatic based on which line you pick/fav.

Kabir, In Le Pass, whenever you see an expected arrival time in green, it's based on the current GPS location of the bus, so it should be more accurate than before. We are planning several improvements to the app and showing the actual location of buses on the map is at the top of our list and should be added in a matter of weeks. Stay Tuned!

The app needs a lot of work done and I'm not sure where I can contact developers. With all of the new features, the app is not intuitive to use AT ALL, especially for older people. The two worst changes from older apps are lack of ability to buy/use multiple tickets at once, and no/hard-to-access streetcar/bus GPS tracking. Many of us use public transit to get to work, so buying 10 tickets one at a time is ridiculous. GPS tracking is also NECESSARY to be able plan around ETA. --a local
