I have a profile and ongoing kafala but when I try to log in to my account it cannot find my email address or phone number in the data base. contacted them on WhatsApp and email but it seems that no one cares

Fantastic app! I'd really appreciate it if you could consider adding a dark mode feature.

Lack of customer service/ technical support. Application never send verification code to USA numbers, I could not change the email address since the activation email does not contain any URL, and can't change or reset password at all. Support never answer emails and live chat people are not technical to solve such as problem. I hope this comment will find someone who cares to fix/enhance the application/website services.
