Ratings and reviews

Good app, and the county staff where I live is responsive. Requests for improvement. 1) After clicking "Submit request" show list of requests 1b) optionally: a button "Add another request at same location" Feedback: it's confusing to get back to the map... "Did my notes get submitted?" 2) Add category: Feedback on road improvement / road construction. 3) On my Android the input box for comments is invisible (it needs an edge and a blinking cursor) 3b) also it does not Auto Upper cap.

Nice but could be more. One direction of contact. Should offer more by directional. At least submit an email question if not chat etc. Phone contact info other than 311 for individual debts like solid waste etc.

Worthless, After creating an account and signing in I can't even report an issue all it does is spin can't actually use the app
