I've been collecting points for years with no way to use them on items I choose. They tell me at the store I might get lucky, and the system will flag that an eligible item is available. Not once in 5 years has that happened! What a joke of a rotten carrot to dangle! Don't use it unless you are in it for the free drinks you earn after you buy that specific beverage so many times. 7000+ uselessness.

I'm a customer and every time I try to go redeem my point the barcode does not come up it takes my points when it says would you like to redeem the point and you hit yes and usually there's a barcode that comes up and it don't come up and a couple other people said that they were having problems but I had updated it and ever since I updated it it's not working so I like to know what is going on and this is crazy

This app is a really nice idea and saves a little money while saving gas on what you forgot or shouldn't buy but the Donut Dash video game malfunctions constantly after you get enough points to want to move up the leader board even though I have a huge memory on my phone.
