Since my first review was somehow removed. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. You cannot create an account because it will tell you that you need to accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy yet there is NO WAY to do so on the app or through the create an account process. It wont even let Facebook sign you in cause it still says you need to accept them first. Wasted too much time trying to make it work. Uninstalled.

Can't enter pet profiles! every time I try to set up my pets on the app I can't save their profiles! I put in all the correct information and I go to save and get asked to enter my pet's age which is already in there! only one star, Fix this please! Very disappointed with this app.

Terrible design and too many structural flaws. Not enough room to say how bad it is The profile settings for the owner are incredibly vague, and really allow for no extra information. Video editing (getting the video down to 10 seconds) Is nearly impossible due to a time bar that jumps around. The pet memorial portion automatically assigns , with no way to fully remove, a tacky little word art sticker of a dog. You can change the dog, but they are all very tactless and you can't remove them.
