Fraudulent, rip-off app. It doesn't work, they just want you to pay the initial fee, so called "verification fee" that as soon as it is paid, they approve your profile 😒 so, there is not actual verification. Once you are approved, clients cannot book you. The "help team" just pretended to help with the technical issues I had, but my client and I tried to book near 10 times, but the app never worked. Finally, after writing this review, the developer banned my profile in the app.

it has a lot of bugs. it's difficult to navigate at times. they sent a notification that they've refreshed it and that there shouldn't be as many bugs. we'll see....

Scammy. The app let me fill out a ridiculously long application, only to blindside me with a surprise $40 fee at the very end. When I tried to look through the app to decide whether it was worth paying the $40, I couldn’t — Petme blocks everything until they get their money. Why would I give an unknown company $40 without being able to see the platform or any proof of return? A reputable company would disclose fees up front. Uninstalling. I’m disappointed I wasted my time on this app.

What’s new

Lindoro Incapaz, Cat Executive Officer, reporting. I supervised this update between strategic naps.

Creating sitting requests is now easier. Discover has been redesigned so finding sits and sitters feels smoother.

I also ordered a cleanup. Plenty of bugs removed and the aesthetics improved.

Everything is in order. Carry on. I will be judging quietly.
