Rapid Recon in the industry standard in used car reconditioning software. With the Rapid Recon Vendor app, you can manage assigned work from your Rapid Recon dealer customer’s account while on the go.

- View assigned vehicles
- Upload images, videos, and PDF to show the work that needs to be performed
- Provide work item estimates
- Update work item status
- Send and receive messages with dealership staff about work assigned
- Add additional work for approvals

Very slow, counterproductive. it takes days to be able to add pictures to repair work. In the field, it slows the work down to a stop, taking way to much time to get 1 job to completion waiting on the app The app just spins and never uploads the pictures. as of this week of 2 days work Zero pictures have uploaded after multiple tries, even at home, from computer.

Literally the worst app I've had to use, ever. Hangs at logins, entries reorganize at what seems as random, and it refreshes to the homepage randomly as well. This is the epitome of the work that capitalism produces these days, useless trash.
