The voice is utterly annoying. The beeping while recording if you move your face the slightest or even if the light shifts, is enough to make you want to quit all together. Get all the way to end, click to save the video to phone and it just freezes, no confirmation that it has saved, just bugs out. For as much as we pay for these tests in themselves and then what we pay to have them "processed", the technology needs to be up to par!

I have to submit a saliva test today and the APP has a bug. This affects my nursing career.

BAC testing not working. Keeps asking for storage permission when attempting to test however when I go into app settings - permissions, "storage" isn't even an option. Update: the BAC test now works however after taking the test there is nothing saved in app that shows the result of the test just a time / date the test was taken and uploaded. They really need to have the results saved in the history section of the menu otherwise this is pointless.
