Purchased our 1st nice bed from the Facebook market place it was a great deal, to be honest. Unfortunately, the remote has stopped working, and we can't figure out a replacement . All the apps want to connect with Bluetooth. Apparently, my bed is not Bluetooth compatible.. now what? It is very frustrating because our Lyft bed only raises and lowers the head, but we really love it and miss it terribly! Any suggestions? We are at a loss and have nowhere to turn. Any suggestions appreciated pleas

Worked great until it didn't, I had a Galaxy S22 Ultra and it was perfect. Now that I upgraded to a Galaxy S25 Ultra it never remembers my bed. I have to scan the QR code on the back of the remote every time, that kind of defeats the purpose of having the app.

My bed is amazing!!! This app doesn't need the permissions it asks for... why does it need access to my camera, location, microphone, and others technology is getting WAYYYYY to invasive....If it was a hospital bed connected to a hospital for elderly people I could understand. I thought It would be neat to have phone control if I drop my remote over night... but who knows what it will be listening to or taking pictures of not that I keep my camera lenses open anyway. Get rid of the permissions
