RIDGID Level features three different level formats to suite all of your leveling needs:


Bubble View: The standard bubble level you're used to.

Horizon View: A horizon line that twists as you rotate. Enable the camera feature in this view to level things from afar.

Flat View: Placing the phone on a surface activates this view where an optional beep can indicate how level the surface is without needing to look at the screen.

Ratings and reviews

I am fanatical about it having no ads, and no micro-transactions. That being said, I am upset with the limited precision to 1°. I remember having another a long while ago which went to the 10th of a degree, but finding it is difficult in this market. I'm sure the accelerometer in my phone is significantly more precise, though I wouldn't vouch for its accuracy past a certain point. Still, I feel like I could eyeball level to ±1°, and thus don't know how practical this app is.

So far a useful APP. Good for quick checking plumb or level. Not immediately sure of the camera option being useful. I'm sure there are possibilities. Did try taking a picture to visually compare level. The phone did flash followed by a pop up bubble saying something about photo. Can't find any place a photo is stored.

Best one I found so far. No ads, no pop ups. This app has has a calibration function, is graphically pleasing easy to read with two choices a line or a bubble. Its Not junk like all the other ones I've tried and uninstalled in disgust
