Ok so I've been allowed to deposit Bitcoin to this wallet not once but TWICE and did all the verifications it's asked of me and yet every single time I try to swap the Bitcoin for another asset or simply try to withdraw MY Bitcoin that I just deposited it keeps saying something went wrong please try again later are you serious right now? I've tried probably ten times it's ridiculous and it's most certainly not an issue on my end!

I give Rock Wallet 1 star for allowing users to purchase BSV, and a second star for allowing customers to purchase with a debit card. Minus one for abysmal sell transactions ( been stuck processing for 6 business days, 10 days with weekends). Minus a second star for poor customer service resolve times, and minus a third star for having all ERC -20 tokens (with the exception of BTC and BSV) making swaps very expensive.

I now give them a 5 star because THEY MADE IT RIGHT WITH ME THANK YOU.ROCKWALLET 🙂👍 I will now continue to use the app I thought y'all were a scam but y'all change that and proved me wrong highly recommend to anyone that buys,sell,trade crypto its a good wallet to use run in to any problems they will fix it but you have to give it some time to see how your situation plays out like your transaction's didn't or don't gets completed or whatever the matter is they will help you like they did me🙂
