Ratings and reviews

The worst crypto app out there. Their fees are outrageous, up to 20%. Not only that, but they had a glitch in their system and they blamed it on the customer: it showed a totally different location in their system than mine. They locked and closed my account after I provided them with all documents requested. Their customer service is worst, they only respond through email and they take forever to respond. I would stay away from this thieves. It's been weeks and I still did not get my funds

Terrible app and customer service. The app crashes everytime we go to purchase, or it shows a message that something went wrong. Already verified with my bank it's not on their side. I've reached out to customer service x4 which is a voicemail box only and have never received a call back. Bybye app! Update: How is it possible to have a ticket number if your company won't even reach out to me and respond? Doesn't matter anyway I'm using a different app/company that works quite well.

Hands-down the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with, EVER. Sends out two micro-transactions to verify my card, and I enter the amounts into the fields, but it says it can't add my card and won't reverse the transactions, either. There's not enough space here to write about all the shady "idiosyncrasies" of this app. So frustrated with it. Good luck
