Ryze Go is an app that manages sleep data from smart ring device and provides sleep health services to help users record and analyze their sleep and activity status, easily understand their body status, provide professional and reliable guidance for improving sleep, and create an attentive personal sleep health butler.

The main functions of Ryze Go.
(1) Sleep data display: Records the body sleep data such as sleep, heart rate and body temperature monitored by the smart ring and provides professional sleep health statistics and analysis.
(2) Activity data analysis: Support data visualization display after recording exercise, and you can view various detailed exercise index analysis to help manage the amount of activity and exercise plan.
(3) Recovery state analysis: Support activity and sleep balance state analysis to help users maintain energy to cope with work or training.
(4) Smart ring management: Provides the management and settings for the smart ring connected to Ryze Go, including but not limited to device firmware upgrade, low power alert and more.
