This was a useful app for the first 90 days, after which I was prompted to change my password. I follow all of the requirements (which the app doesn't provide, but the web portal does) and when I submit to change my password I receive a reset password error - sequence contains no elements message in both the app and website. I also attempted to contact support by email and received no response after nearly a month.

Logging in is rediculously difficult. If you're fortunate enough to actually get logged in, at some point it forces users to change their password. For an app that isn't connected to my financial accounts, this is absolutely REDICULOUS! I only need to use the app every 3-5 months for supplies & each time your PW expires! AND, it will not let me use a previous password?!? Come on! I uninstalled this app after it wouldn't let me reuse a password from more than a YEAR ago! What in the world?

Setting up could be better. My complaints so far are 1) entering birthday they don't tell you the format, and it's hard to enter on my phone because the android keyboard pops up over the date and you can't see what you're typing. It needs to allow scrolling. I got around it by turning the phone sideways/landscape 2) Needs to be clear about confirming through email. Yes, that's common, but needs to be clear. The rest of the setup was ok.
