User Id is Disabled Message App has been working great for the last month that I have had it downloaded. Then today.... kicks me out and asks me to login. Put in my user id and password and got a message that my account has been disabled. Tried resetting password and that didnt help. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didnt work. Can u please help?

I hate to hear the trouble we did run a cleanup on some user accounts that had not shown activity. If yours got caught up by mistake that will be easy to fix. Can you shoot us an email with your username and I will look into it right away. sabretoothdeveloper@gmail.com

edit: Installed update and pie chart icon seems to working be well now. Changed review from 3 stars to 4. Wish it had more features, or could poll in real time, but overall, it helps me a great deal when I check results in the mornings from home.

Sucks that the back of house computer needs to be dashboard for this to get updates. The time the person clocks in and out would be nice to see to.

I can agree that at this time only polling on the dashboard is not a perfect case. Could you better describe in an email to us what you would like to see in regards to someone clocking in and out? There are quite a few data points available in the app, maybe there is one that works better for what you want to see.
