very bad or bakwas app in the world it's showing fake reading or manipulating to the meter reading from there side it's very high consumption unit. for example:- your one day consumption is 2-3 unit but from the side of bijli bibhag or bijli office feed the reading 2x like 4-6 unit or more than that. if you register a complaint on suvidha app there is no use nonsense app. Smart meter kai naam paisa wasoli ho raha hai bihar mai. very bad app

This app is good but there is mistake in bill settlement because some time it charge for additional thing without giving any explanation that why this additional charges deducted from account also some time mistake in subtraction. ex if opening balance is 500 and 300 should be deducted but after deduction it shows your balance is -100 or anything instead of 200. I hope SBPDCL seeing my review and try to fix this issue.

The UI design is very poor, and the functionality is also not up to the mark. Additionally, important information is missing — for example, when checking bill consumption, there is no clear detail about installment charges. Is the installment charge ₹2.37 per day❓ My smart meter was replaced around July 2024, and since then, ₹2.37 is being charged daily. Why is this amount being deducted?
