The app is not working since 20.05.25, I have been trying to pay the electricity bill since the date above mentioned but every time it's showing access is denied in pilot area. Before it was working fine and I used to pay the bill through this app but now it's not working which is creating problem in paying the bill online. Even I tried it's customer care service 1912 but it's not responsive.

poorly performing app.its almost impossible to initiate and complete payment via this app.it seems like an application from an era long ago.imrove it or launch a good new application to prevent harassment of the customers and kindly dnt disconnect someone's electricity connection when nbpdcl wants it's customers to recharge the due bill only via this app.if I had an option to select 00000000 stars for this app,I would have gladly done.

The app takes more time to load the bill. while payment it blocks the back button. payment is done it is not reflecting the updated one. please open the website services, keep it mobile options as optional. please optimize the performance of it
