It includes New Connection Application for potential consumers, various other services including billing, payment, update for existing consumers. BSPHCL aims at providing smooth and hassle free services to its Consumers.

Documents uploaded, but not proceeding further I hv applied for new connection. I had uploaded all the documents still received SMS stating documents error. When I am uploading documents it is showing as uploaded and all options are green ticked. But after the upload, there is no option to SUBMIT or NEXT to complete. I had called to help desk, they said to press SUBMIT BUTTON. But there is no such option in the app. There is an error in app. THIS APP IS HAVING SOME ISSUE.

the new update required android 11 or upper version. and this making the app not usable for many people who are using older android phone and are unable to upgrade there phone. so I think they have to do something for this problem because the name is SUVIDHA and is not a suvida if people can't even able use it.

problem with this app is that it doesn't show up to date information of your balance. sometimes app also doesn't provide information when checked.
