It creates constantly. Especially while checking out. Really the most important part of a retailers job to collect money and they fail at it. My phone and it's softest are you to date. It's not a old phone or a crappy model. I just wanted to buy Xmas lights took a hour to check out. Plus your app is so slow and glitchy that I ended up buying half the stuff for more from Amazon. This is why you lost the online battle. You didn't focus on the online side especially your app. I'm sorry.

I downloaded this app just to use the in-vehicle pick up for an online order. When I tried to check in, it said I had no orders active, but when I went to my orders, it said it was eligible for in vehicle pick up! It crashed three times, and I finally just went inside to get my order. Also it asked me for feedback within the app and after I typed it all out, it said it had a problem submitting the feedback! Ugh! If I could give it negative stars, I would. 2/3/2020: still a piece of $#!

So.. though the app is STILL really slow. So most stores are closed. If Sears wants to keep loyal customers they need to keep their website and app UPDATED! I've been a loyal Sears customer since '71. I can't believe their app is so messed up. Not only is it slow, they need to remove items that are no longer available. It's a waste of time for people to search things, then read the description, maybe decide to buy it, then only to find out it's no longer available AFTER you put it in your cart.
