Ratings and reviews

The app only works occasionally. Sometimes you can search for products but it will show no results even for common products like milk and bread. Sometimes you can't add items to your cart. Sometimes you search for a specific item and the results show for completely different items (i.e. search for bread and the search shows batteries).

If I could give 20 stars I would!!! From the store manager, to the customer support, to the tech team, every single person came through with flying colors to provide outstanding customer service while they worked to resolve an issue that kept denying me from purchasing online for delivery. It was not an easy nor quick resolution, but each and every employee I encountered was truly the platinum standard for customer service and that speaks volumes about the corporate culture.

This would be a great app except for one problem. When you order, store employees pick your order. The problem is that, when it comes to picking produce, they're going to dump what they need to get rid of on you. If it isn't rotten produce, it is the stuff that nobody would pick on their own. If you call the store, they will happily credit you on a future order. But that is just too much trouble because it happens far too often.
