This entire software is hot garbage. It's not always intuitive to find things and make adjustments. I always have sign in issues and have to try to sign in 5 times before I can finally log in. For medical insurance they push to have your card be digital which is great in all if you could log in. I really miss justworks.

I generally like the app, but the care concierge feature is useless without push notifications. I miss important messages 100% of the time and then the RN closes the chat as "resolved" and I have to start the process over again (and be informed that I will hear back within 24 hours, fail to respond in time, and start the process over again, again). Also bad design: Rightway (care concierge) logging me out of that embedded app, have to close and re-open to use it.

As complicated as it is trying to understand how your benefits work, you'd think that they would at least make the app easy to use and without bugs or issues. The ONE time when I need to use the app to access my benefits ID card it told me I need to update to the latest version. I did the update and cannot even get to the log in screen now. I try to open it and it just closes out and asks me to send feedback as if someone is going to immiediatly jump on the problem and get it fixed. Terrible app

Hey Mo, we feel terrible that our app could not help you when you relied on it the most. We recently had an app update with some unintended consequences.
