Absolutely terrible people! If you are a first time home buyer do NOT go with these incompetent people. They didn't help much through the home buying business and their app is only compatible with select banks apparently. I use chime and twice when I paid on time and in full, they never took money from my account and charged me late fees. There is also no help on the app, if you have an issue you get an address to write a letter to! Just go through a bank

This site is terrible. I could never login, and when I try to set a new password it keeps rejecting it. Even though it meets all requirements, it will still reject it. I know mortgage companies only care about getting their money, but the least they could do is have a half way decent interface so people could pay them.

This app was working at one point, now all of a sudden I'm getting a message it's not supported with my current device. Not sure what the developer is doing but I hope it get resolved soon. Looks like I have to create a website shortcut to view my account.
