Next, complete the Medicare FactFinder. Doctor and prescription medication information will be required to prepare deliverables.

Complete and submit the Medicare FactFinder. Information you provide is confidential and protected by a Federal Law called HIPAA.

The Medicare FactFinder data is used to prepare your Medicare Plan Comparison Report. This deliverable is typically 9-13 pages
summarizing your healthcare goals and circumstances. A detailed financial comparison of your projected out-of-pocket cost-sharing
expenses is provided for each plan being compared, including any potential rebate or savings.

A Table and Bar Chart clearly illustrate the known costs and worst-case cost scenarios based on data provided by Medicare.gov and
Medicare Plan Sponsors.

A Benefit Advisor will answer all of your questions until you can make a Medicare Health Plan decision with a high degree of confidence.
The Medicare plan enrollment process will be completed by the Benefit Advisor.

Ratings and reviews

They want ALL your info before you even talk to anyone. They want your Medicare number on this first form and you HAVE to provide it to go on. I uninstalled this app. Too suspicious.

Ridiculous! If this app works then give me text to read! I don't want to listen to audio instructions! So far I see nothing useful here! When I start all I see is a blank screen. If possible, I would rate this app with a negative rating! This obviously needs a lot of improvement to be actually of any use! Don't waste your time with this app! In response to the developers reply, I have described exactly my experience! I actually looked forward to using this app. I really thought it would help.

my advisor Charles wright was amazing and with this app made it so simple to make my decision on my medicare and my insurance is that fit my situation best all my questions were answered he broke it down to where I could totally understand it I couldn't be more happy and impressed and thankful I had confidence in the choices that I made that fit my situation and so with that it put me at ease with no stress and for me that is priceless!
