Worst local online shopping experience: 1. I ordred items that say 3 hour delivery, 2nd day I got a call from driver asking me for my address (which I fully entered on website), after 4 hours I got a missed call, he decided to postpone the delivery to the day after. 2. I received the order, 2 items were small in size, I called to exchange the size, they said I need to pay price difference, the items now cost more on the website.So I cancelled them! Who in the world pays more for size exchange?!

Product return policy is not very good, quick and feasible. No response even after 4 days. I have to get feedback by calling or mailing. Need a lot of improvement in this regard in contrast to other app of Noon itself. However discounts are good and delivery is in time but range like mobile chargers, wires, USBs etc not being covered properly.

I am trying to return few products from the order which was delivered to me on 25th Dec. Called customer care and requested to pick up return items 3 times already but still not action. I loved the products but I don't want to order again as this is such a hustle for the return process.
