In my humble opinion this app is the worst app experience i have seen in my whole life. I am stubbed to see how this app has passed all the quality testing and UI/UX testing. The return interface is abysmal. I am frustrated by the sheer number of steps it requires for the customer to go through to return an item. Tracking an order is not only disappointing but it excruciatingly below par. I suggest to take the app down and completely redo the app experience. Take notes from other apps
