Once I heard Surfline took over I noticed the tide heights, map locations, and other standard information is inaccurate. Otherwise it's a solid app for your, including your local spots. The price is right as well. I would like to see live buoy links in the app since I surf at sunrise, I can see if the swell is hitting and pack the correct equipment. Thank you for the years of accurate forecasts!

As a guest you can't even set the preferences for units (km/miles, etc.). This obviously doesn't fundamentally require an account or to be online. Also, all units were set to the exact opposite values that would be standard based on my region. This is a dark pattern to push people to sign up. I can't give more than 2 stars to an app that applies dark patterns.
