Really enjoying getting back into the Gorilla Bow workouts and taking it seriously this time. Resistance training PLUS cardio to keep the heart rate up? Yes please.

I am unable to tag people in my posts but I am able to tag in the comments. I thought it would have been resolved but it's still an issue. Also, the app is glitchy in general. I hope there is an update in the near future.

This is a great app..... I had one issue where there was a program that didn't show up on my account and the Solin team was on it asap!!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥
