The information in the app is absolutely excellent, but I think it's inappropriate that in order to get back to using it after a database update, the UI attempted to force me to turn on notifications. (No way out of the prompt aside from the button "Turn on Notifications")
Thanks for the feedback Andrew! Notifications in Firstline are sent by healthcare organizations when their clinical guidance has important updates, so we do encourage users to enable notifications. However, it's absolutely possible to use Firstline without notifications. We will look at making the choice to enable notifications, or not, more clear.

This doesn't work. As you progress through windows it loops itself back to its beginning. Spectrum was simple and concise, firstline simply doesn't work. I am a pharmacist in BC, my location only has COVID information (and that doesn't work either), I try to pick another area, any area, and as I said above, it loops me back to where I started. I wouldn't waste time on this, which is a shame because spectrum worked well

Functionality of the app is great. Really appreciate how our particular organization can populate location specific details, but I can still view other locations. Developer and support also very satisfactory. I logged a minor log-in issue and it was immediately under investigation. Resolved with the same day.
