Ratings and reviews

Newest layout is frustrating to use. Waste time trying to find the channel and program that I want to watch, totally not user friendly at all! The old version with the entire guide laid out was so much better and easier to use. Don't understand why they must try to fix what isn't broken, and then proceed to break it even worse.

Can't activate Disney+ or Netflix . Email stated to activate through app but when trying to activate it through the app it just displays "coming soon" and redirects me to the website which asks me to sign up for the broadband plan which I already have signed up for. Is this is a way to get people to not use the complimentary netflix or disney+.

Video quality for the live football match on Hub Premier 1 is really poor. It's oddly fine and clearer resolution for the other channels on Hub Premier. Only Premier 1 has a poor video quality. Please fix this. Paid subscribers deserve better quality streaming videos.
