The app lacks many things compared to the website. The pricing system isn't complete in app. You can create support tickets but can't open them and chat in app. For any kind of support , you've to call them. The support tickets in app/website are literally useless. They don't even see them and barely reply. Overall their service is good but the system is horrible. There isn't even any category option [ books/document/regular ] while adding a parcel. Every time they get my delivery charge wrong.

Recently I faced a problem because of my own mistake while sending a parcel so I immediately contacted the customer service. They were really helpful and quick to solve my problem which is why I had to rate them 5 stars. I am very satisfied with their service. Also it is very easy use compared to pathao courier.

Extremely disappointed. Yesterday I made a request for pick up parcel service and according to their rules they pick parcel in time if the request is made before 4pm. It's been more than 24hours, they haven’t picked up my parcel. I called them yesterday at evening and they said my parcel will be picked within 8pm. But It's 11july and 4.22pm there's no update from them. Worst ever.
