Its a Good app but I don't know what is the problem with its interface whether it's the speed or there's some problem with the notifications that never come up and it never refreshes on its own and now not even the pictures of my products are loading on it. I really want to use it as I've been using it since the last 7 to 8 months but now it has become a mess it's becoming very difficult for me to use it

New update fixed both android and iPhone. Thank you. UPDATE. Developer looked at it supposed to be fixed on the new update. It now works on android but still not working on iphone. Android and iPhone. when an order is placed, there is no cha-ching on notification. Email is sent properly but app does not notify on either device. Both logged into same store. Notifications have been approved on devices. Pls help. 1. No app notification 2. No cha-ching on orders

Don't expect help! Support takes days. App won't log into site, eventually messed up the site's wp-admin. Wordpress plug in is fine but the Android app is trash. Trying to get answers from a live person has been an exercise in frustration. When it's free you get what you pay for.
