Downloaded, installed, wanted a 30-day challenge, tried to watch ad on day 1 so I could get an idea how long the workout was, and nothing. I watched the ad 3 times and never got to see the workout. Uninstall!

In theory you can watch a video to see a lesson, in theory. In practice when I watch an ad for day 1 of lower back pain it just goes back to the previous screen.

no mention of either having to pay for the exercises or watch a video. Can't seem to get past that page even when you've watched a video. Uninstalled
