hi I just had an error, please check my account. it failed to render, but still charged me over 40000 credits. I need those refunded asap. I made sure I had enough credits to cover it, but it said o didn't have enough credits. Please help. This just happened but theres no way to submit an error report in the app. I did submit it as feedback. I spent hard earned money on those credits. I need you to return them.

only some of the voices sound like the character they're advertised as. They don't convert sounds like grunts or moans very well. The biggest issues is the fact that you can't do anything with the file. Sure you can share it on social media which gives the app free advertising but you can't save the file to your phone to use as a ring tone or other entertainment purposes. Feel like a waste of money. I won't be subscribing again when my subscription is up.

Rubbish. It freezes and if you restart it by reinstalling, the premium credits are gone All told, I lost 3000 character credits were gone for nothing in return. After posting, some credits were returned but not all, the same issued happened and again credits lost. It would be better if credits are taken only once a recording is recorded Seriously, you need to fix this because it is so frustrating. Again I've lost 3050, characters. I give up. Very poor, not value for money. Avoid.
