One of the most engaging and fun mobile games I've ever played, if not the most. I am fully free to play, no money spent at all and I have several fully maxed out awakened ssr units. While the visual novel style of storytelling isn't my cup of tea, the story itself is quite interesting and fun. The events are good, and there is plenty to earn fully for free as well as plenty of good things to buy such as cosmetics. The artsyle is great, the voice acting is great. This game is a must try.

not recommended for new players unless you are willing to spend. most of the game revolves around getting the best gear, the best units, the best everything. at the beginning it was easy because everyone started off new but if you are getting into the game now I do not recommended because it is very resource heavy and time consuming to not only save up for the units you want but for the gear as well. only if you decide to spend tons of $$$ do i recommended playing as of now.

One of the first things I noticed about Counterside is that the story is engaging, and the characters have personalities they stick to, and work with. Humor is great. The jokes make sense and land, translators did a great job making it land. Gameplay is solid, and can be as hands off or micromanaged as you want. Only issue I see is that I can sense a very tedious end-game grind coming with all the equipment and min-maxing stat allocation. Hated E7 for it, but looks easier this time around.
