Ratings and reviews

I have to give a poor rating. I love this game- I really do. However for the past 2 weeks, maybe more, I've had to re-equip EVERY character I have as I start the game. Also, whenever I refin or power up said gear, it vanishes from the character and from the gear list. I have to log out, reequip, and repower up. Ever. Damn. Time. This isn't acceptable. This game is old enough that this shouldn't be an issue. Update: s23 ultra device

You've got a limited pity not showing up in it's mileage again... Christmas Diane. I don't even know why I bother, yall don't even answer your support inquiries anymore... Get your house in order, or close the servers, because what you're doing with this lack of attentiveness, etc, is very unethical business, and just out right shady... []OH, and people, always check the dates on the top reviews it shows as first 3 in Playstore, they're rarely up to date...

I wanted to like this game, really, I did. however, the forced tutorial after you provide an option to skip feels like the thought was there to ease a players annoyance, but then rug pulled almost immediately. The game constantly crashes, too, and I have a high-end phone. God forbid your internet stutters, too. Lots of spam for pack purchases, too. Also, logging into/out of an account is a nightmare in it of itself that I've not seen any other game do. The lag spikes are frustrating, too.
