Ratings and reviews

It's good, paid elements aren't predatory and even one star characters can be upgraded all the way to 5 stars, everyone is viable. The only downside is that the interface is kind of a dog. Getting relevant information can be difficult and there are 'dead end' interface actions where if you enter windows in the wrong order you can't proceed without backing all the way out.

This game needs some extra time in development. The character design and animations feel like they belong in an entirely different game. They're so good compared to literally everything else. 2x/3x speed feels too slow, animations play out in what feels like standard speed, the UI is dated, the fonts and font color choice are dated/strange, and the writing/translation isn't very good. In a Star Rail world, heck, even Epic Seven, there isn't much room for this kind of game anymore.

It's a good game, but you're limited with resources unless you want to spend cash. They should implement a level reset on characters to be able to use those resources on your four main characters. I'm lvl. 18 and hit a pay wall. I can't even continue story mode. Idle rewards are so slim. I don't see the point of having an idling system when you don't reward your players with the needed resources to continue the story itself. If I keep on hitting a wall for the story; makes no sense of playing.
