Ratings and reviews

No free trial available. As an American user, it's very hard to find good South Indian content so I was happy to find this app. However, I'm not interested in paying for a full month or more subscription if I can't preview the services available. Wish there were a month or at least a week free trial. Also, app is very slow to respond and will take a long time to load images, search results, etc.

Dear Sun NXT Team,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding advertisements appearing while watching programs, even though I have an active annual subscription. According to your subscription details, the annual plan promises ad-free viewing, but I continue to see ads during playback.This is unacceptable and misleading, as it goes against the commitment made to your subscribers. I kindly request you to rectify this issue immediately or provide a proper explanation and compensation

I had a really disappointing experience using this OTT platform. The ads are way too long — around 1 minute each — and they pop up so frequently that it feels like I’m spending more time watching ads than the actual movie. For a 2.5-hour movie, I had to sit through nearly 15–16 minutes of ads! If it were for newly released movies, I could understand, but this is happening even with old movies that are 8–10 years old. It completely ruins the viewing experience
