About this app

The SureView app is for guards to be remotely assigned dispatch requests, allowing them to follow directions, write details and upload photos at event locations. The app integrates with the SureView product, allowing operators to dispatch guards to alarm locations.

SureView is a universal application and is designed for Android; full functionality requires a SureView system for the device to connect to.

Current Feature list:
- Local notifications to new dispatch requests
- Map / List interface for managing dispatch requests
- Directions from current location to dispatch location
- Add notes, upload images to the event
- See event notes made by all guards and operators using the event
- Guard controls their unavailable status

You must have access to a live SureView system to use the mobile app.
