Cannot assess app yet. When I open it upon installation, the error alert stops me from doing anything with the app, not even properly open it: "APP Tampering detected, app run in unsafe environment. download from official Google play store and is running on official Android" Checked both, done both

Dear Annabelle, please excuse us - unfortunately, we introduced an error in the latest app version from last Friday. It is fixed now and you should be able to update to version 1.1.1. It doesn't work at all. When I type in my PIN, I am unable to press the "OK" button. And when I do press it, the window just closes and I have to find it again. But it doesn't give me access. So it's completely useless until this bug is corrected.

cannot even open the app 😂 screen just flashes for a few seconds and shuts off.
