The Superior Water, Light and Power app links users to the MyAccount web page where they can view and pay their bill, monitor their electricity use, learn about energy-efficiency rebates and other offers, and more. The app also offers users a quick, easy way to check on the status of power and water outages in their area, learn when their power or water service will be restored or to report an outage.

Features:

• Through the MyAccount link, customers can pay their bill, check on their energy use, view rebates and other offers, get energy-saving tips, find energy-assistance programs and more.

• Outage map displays area affected, number of customers affected, estimated time of power or water restoration and the possible cause of outages. Customers also can report an outage in their area.

• The contact page includes company phone numbers, links to Superior Water, Light and Power social media pages (another great way to keep up to date on outages), a link to Superior Water, Light and Power’s outage and public safety web page, and a handy flashlight button that will turn on your cellphone’s flashlight if you are caught in the dark.

This is the most useless app; it doesn't do anything IN the app, it just redirects you to the WEBSITE to log in and do your account Matainance from there. save yourself the space on your phone, just bookmark the website, it's literally the same thing as having this app. whoever made this app really needs to be fired, as well as the guy who suggested they make an app. I really hope a lot of people got fired over this.

It's just their website wrapped in a browser. It's ok. Not perfect on the mobile views. You get 4 stars to get off to a good start.
