Total waste of time. AT&T Device Hope is a complete headache—they took my old phone, promised a smooth trade-in process, and then offered a fraction of the quoted value without any real explanation. Customer support was completely unhelpful and just bounced me around for hours. Save yourself the frustration and sell your device somewhere else.

after several agents, I finally got an agent to get my phone to an outside company to get the pop-ups taken off the phone. Multiple problems with ads one after another for over twelve hours.

Other than interruptions for ratings and sales.promotions it a good app but Noone wants to be interrupted when they are trying to troubleshoot their phone
