To get 100% score in the app, made my phone annoying . Phones that aren't experiencing problems that get a high score (my 85), I take my alerts as noise. When I "fixed" my alerts my phone didn't work the way I wanted. 85% for: *Screen timeout 60 sec I don't like 30 sec default. *wifi calling not on (not needed) *Storage (full scan = no problem) *last restart >1 wk: Suggested solution set auto restart. why isn't auto start detected by device help 3xwk?

I hate this app as well as the active armor app. the things that you need to be able to scroll up to a lot of times it will not allow you to scroll so while doing a diagnostic test on my phone I couldn't complete everything because I couldn't actually see the button to click to continue to the next one so seven of the tests failed. needs work

What is the point of having an app for device help when it doesn't have a search area? I keep getting calls from an app on my phone that I don't want and there is no way of deleting the app because AT&T has decided I must have the app. This AT&T device help is worthless, if I could I'd give it zero stars. And please STOP adding gaming apps to my phone.
