It works but currently getting more unreliable by the week. Used to work well but not being able to call or text has almost become the "new default", at least there are too many outages and too frequently. Customer service is responsive but has yet to solve a single issue. Though, when it works, it works, and it has helped me a lot thus far. Therefore, 4 stars.

I've never used such a terribly designed and functioning app that is so glitchy and incompetent! It is not worth the hassle and the service just doesn't work properly because the app is so unbelievably bad, it's embarrassing! keypad doesn't work when on calls, call drops if you leave the app on a long call to check something/ do something else in your phone, receiving calls often doesn't work either and to top it all off when you do eventually get on a call the line quality is very bad/ unclear

I love this app. It has allowed me to get many clients from the UK. Unfortunately, the new changes will not only drive away customers, but also kill the app. First you killed the most convenient way to buy credit for the line from inside the app and now we have to visit a website. Then you hiked the price for the numbers after they expire!! I think that once my line expires, I am moving to another similar app. I loved your original concept, you should have stuck with it.
