Kylee helps you track the information healthcare providers want to know to help you find relief from chronic swelling due to lymphedema, lipedema, impaired lymphatics, or vein disorders.
In your daily check-in, you can note your symptoms, upload photos to mark your progress, get helpful tips and exercises, and find support for your condition.

If you have a lymphedema pump like a Flexitouch Plus or Entre system from Tactile Medical, Kylee will deliver timely order status updates, provide how-to videos, and help you track your treatments.
Regardless of what type of therapies your healthcare providers prescribe for your swelling, Kylee helps you take control of your condition so you can reach your goals.

Jan 2024: Issues FINALLY FIXED.. Upgrading to 2 stars!! 11/13/2023 I have been using this app for almost a YEAR!! Have updated the app & reported issues to Support multiple times. Yet to date every Single day the app STILL consistently records me at 89 days & does not update. However that falls RIGHT in line with everything else related to Tactile Medical. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

This issue has been addressed in a recent update to remove the 89 day limitation. This does not require an app update and will be fixed on your next app login/start. Thank you.

Finally after 2 weeks since I got this I am able to connect to their app. While the app is probably fixed their customer service is luke warm at best. One in person training session is unacceptable but yet they give you an insurmountable of grief when you ask for help. Not to mention their billing dept that billed my secondary insurance before my primary insurance at which time that was another 2 week delay as they kept telling me otherwise.

It was working fine until about 3 weeks ago. It would read that 89 treatments, then 90,go back to 89. So, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice now. Paired and unpaired to get it to work right. Now, it will not even let me log in. It is telling my password or email is not correct! But it is. I have given up! Can you please fix the problems

What's new

We release updates regularly and are always looking for ways to make Kylee better. In this update, surveys now prompt at appropriate times and can be completed. Feedback button is now working.
