BEST. PRACTICE. TOOL. EVER!!!! This is a mirror for your ear. There are many tuning apps out there, but this one allows you to see the waveform you are creating. Not only in terms of pitch, but how steady your breath flow is and how your tones are connecting or not. Many have very well developed ears, but still have a blind spot when it comes to listening to themselves. This app bridges the gap by giving a very objective visual display of what everyone else is hearing.

It's pretty great for singing, I suspect. It is almost good enough to use to practice speech tones (like Thai or Mandarin), except that you have to speak very slowly and zoom to the maximum (horizontally) to see the shape. Also it breaks up for deeper male speech registers - better for higher registers.

great. lots of cool options and settings. It does have an issue where the menus will interfere with the heading. For example, the load sound menu has a header with a dark shaded bar that says "Load" and the sound clip I want to load is behind it.
