It would be great if the PC version had all the functionality of the phone version. I would like to be able to access client documents and read through previous events more easily. Large documents are difficult to read on the phone. I am also not able to print, save or download documents for printing from the phone app. The app should integrate across devices. The 'edit' function creates a new note, rather than editing the original note, resulting in multiple notes for the one event.

Only basic functionality. Some examples: 1 - The SCHEDULING and UNAVAILABILITY screens not linked. You can not see both instances on the same screen, making high chances of errors. 2 - WEB VERSION is almost "read only" as it has almost no functionality. 3 - ONLY ONE PHOTO, you can only add ONE photo to any notes regarding client activities. 4 - NO CALENDAR EXPORT to allow copying to other calendars like Outlook or Google. 5 - NO ALARM REMINDER FUNCTION.

It's okay but would be better if they can also add another location besides client home address as the default, when needing to be picked up/work with clients somewhere else. E.g. if they're in the hospital or apportionment etc. Hrs won't be clocked due to not being at their home address. We don't work for free. Also notifications when shifts have been removed there's too much incompetence in communication with what's been changed between office admin and in app
