Have you ever been in an overseas flight wondering about Muslim prayer times and Qibla direction and don't know what to do? Have you ever worked on a remote area, in the middle of the desert or in the middle of the ocean and don't know how to find your prayer times?

There is an app for that!


Sky Prayers is a unique app that requires no internet connection and makes finding prayer times and Qibla direction in the airplane or anywhere a trouble less experience.

How it Works?
The app comes with an offline map where you can choose your location (you can know your location based on plane entertainment screen information). After you pick your location, the shortest path to Makka will be drawn from the plane location which shows the Qibla direction. After that you can see the prayer times at that location as well.

Ratings and reviews

I am frequent flyer and this app is super helpful for me to check praying time, I wish the offline map could be a bit more detailled when zoomed in, most of the time I have to guess the location based on airplane's flight map view and and the app's map. Perhaps the app file size would increase for the detailled map but there could be download choice in settings.

The app works perfectly out at sea as long as you have internet connection. The only issue I have is not being able to delete multiple saved prayer timing at once. If I don't do it for a number of days, I am stuck performing multiple deletes whereas one delete for all should be an option!

Very accurate. Myself being a navigator who always works with moon/sun settings and rising while sailing at sea I always take other's calculations with a grain of salt.Unlike general users we have very sophisticated and expensive programs to calculate all astronomical events for next few weeks with accuracy to minutes and seconds.and have compared skyprayers calculations for a give latitude & longitude with our programs and it usually differ by 1/2 minutes that I can live with. Thanks 4 hard work
