Hello Coach, VOIZZR Teams is the first app that helps you incorporate different phases of performance stress and injury risk of your female athletes into training planning. As part of a research collaboration with Olympic training centers in Germany, sports scientists, and athletes, we have developed an initial version that we will continuously improve. Currently, we consider two dimensions: injury risk and training intensity. Additional parameters such as stress, fatigue, and illnesses will follow.
Depending on the phase, a female athlete may have an increased risk of injury. Studies show that, for example, injuries to the cruciate ligament or the ligaments occur significantly more frequently in different phases in various sports. Training intensity should also be adjusted according to various studies. With VOIZZR Teams, you as a coach can take these dimensions into account and better structure the training for your team. Which athlete should ease up, regenerate longer, or avoid sudden changes of direction in exercises to prevent injuries?
