Doesnt work. I have ensured every setting on my phone is correct. All permissions are turned on & I've even allowed it to run in background but it still doesnt work. The area rep that sells this equipment to the gate installer has even been by to help us try & resolve issues with no luck. The app will ring sometimes but then others will not. We have missed countless deliveries,havent been able to let yard crew, housekeepers, etc in when not at home. Wish I could write more out of room.. awful!!

Nothing but problems! intercom is no longer able to connect to any phones. Have had to reset power to the unit, this temporarily fixes the problem. After a day or so can no longer connect again. Latest firmware is installed on predator 2. Called AES for support and they could not assist me as I was not a qualified installer, yet last time I spoke to them they talked me through upgrading the firmware. since the upgrade it is worse than ever, at lwase before my wife Iphone worked!

Hi Edward, our technical support team can advise you on basic set-up and app issues but if you need to recycle the power to the intercom, this seems like an install problem, either power related or network connection issues. they can't legally advise on this. If you email the support team, we can get the app connection problem fixed. Thanks

Terrible app. Frequently doesn't work, won't send notifications. It's not just android either, we have it on 2 android phones (s20+) and iphones and an iPad. Currently, none of them will ring unless the app is actually on the screen. Not only that, but the basic interface is so bad (the buttons are icons with no title, no way to know what they do without reading the manual).
