This app is not free. I cannot believe that TCL does not offer a free app in case you lose your remote. But then again, it's just a TCL and they're not customer friendly. They put the power button and the channel control button at the bottom of the TV. So let's make it as hard as possible for the customer

I am very happy with this remote as with some I am not able to use the power on funtion. I do wish I could add a few more short cut buttons of my choise, Ie. CBS all access, youtube and a few others.
